Refund policy
Satisfaction guarantee & returns
• If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, with all original packaging and components.
• To start a return, contact us through the Shopify portal or email support@rootedintellect.com with your order number.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method if approved.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item).
• After 14 days, only warranty or transit damage claims apply.
Warranty & Transit Damage

Hardware warranty. Bloom Carousel hardware is warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Consumables. Nutrient kits, CO₂ bags, soil blends, and other consumables are covered against defects in manufacturing contact us for resolution

Transit-related defects. If any item arrives damaged or defective as a result of shipment, notify us within 7 days of delivery through the shopify portal or contact us at support@rootedintellect.com

replace any damaged nutrient bags,

ship replacement components, or

replace the product outright once the damaged item is returned (we provide a prepaid return label).

Customer collaboration. We value open, timely communication and will work promptly to resolve every issue to your satisfaction.

Sole remedy. Repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion) is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.
