Refund policy

Satisfaction guarantee & returns

• If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, with all original packaging and components.

• To start a return, contact us through the Shopify portal or email support@rootedintellect.com with your order number.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method if approved.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item).

• After 14 days, only warranty or transit damage claims apply.

 

Warranty & Transit Damage

  • Hardware warranty. Bloom Carousel hardware is warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Consumables. Nutrient kits, CO₂ bags, soil blends, and other consumables are covered against defects in manufacturing contact us for resolution

  • Transit-related defects. If any item arrives damaged or defective as a result of shipment, notify us within 7 days of delivery through the shopify portal or contact us at support@rootedintellect.com

    1. replace any damaged nutrient bags,

    2. ship replacement components, or

    3. replace the product outright once the damaged item is returned (we provide a prepaid return label).

  • Customer collaboration. We value open, timely communication and will work promptly to resolve every issue to your satisfaction.

  • Sole remedy. Repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion) is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.
