Orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding U.S. holidays) are printed and handed to the carrier within 24 hours.

Orders received after 12 p.m. MT Friday or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

We ship via UPS, USPS, or another reliable carrier selected according to destination, package weight, and service availability.

Standard, expedited, and express options shown at checkout reflect real-time rates and estimated transit times provided by the carrier.

Tracking & Status Updates

A tracking link is emailed automatically once the label is created.

You can monitor progress or open a support ticket anytime through your Shopify order status page (“Track My Order”).

Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss transfers to you when the shipment is scanned by the carrier.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses may incur rerouting or return fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Damage & Missing Items

Inspect packages on arrival. Report transit-related damage within 7 days through the shopify portal.
