Shipping policy

  1. Processing Schedule

    • Orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding U.S. holidays) are printed and handed to the carrier within 24 hours.

    • Orders received after 12 p.m. MT Friday or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

  2. Carriers & Service Levels

    • We ship via UPS, USPS, or another reliable carrier selected according to destination, package weight, and service availability.

    • Standard, expedited, and express options shown at checkout reflect real-time rates and estimated transit times provided by the carrier.

  3. Tracking & Status Updates

    • A tracking link is emailed automatically once the label is created.

    • You can monitor progress or open a support ticket anytime through your Shopify order status page (“Track My Order”).

  4. Delivery Responsibility

    • Risk of loss transfers to you when the shipment is scanned by the carrier.

    • Incorrect or undeliverable addresses may incur rerouting or return fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

  5. Shipping Damage & Missing Items

    • Inspect packages on arrival. Report transit-related damage within 7 days through the shopify portal.

    • We will arrange replacement or refund in accordance with our Warranty & Transit Damage Policy.

  6. International & Restricted Destinations

    • International shipments to the EU and Canada require the end customer to pay VAT, duties, or other customs related charges.
