  • Scope & Acceptance
    By accessing or purchasing from our Shopify storefront, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here.

  • Product Use & Safety

    • Follow all usage directions printed on our packaging—especially the nutrient-kit bags.

    • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, eye protection, respirator if recommended) when handling soil components, nutrients, or CO₂ bags.

    • If you have allergies, respiratory conditions, or other health concerns, consult a physician before beginning home gardening.

    • Keep all products out of reach of children and pets unless expressly labeled as safe for them.

  • Orders, Pricing & Payment

    • Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

    • Payment is captured at checkout through the secure Shopify Payments gateway or any alternate method we list.

    • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, inventory errors).

  • Shipping & Delivery

    • Estimated transit times are shown at checkout and begin once the carrier scans the shipment.

    • We insure all shipments and cover any issues related to product damage due to mishandling during the delivery process

    • You are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable address; rerouting fees caused by errors are your responsibility.

  • Returns & Refunds

    • Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery; submit your information through the shopify portal or contact us at support@rootedintellect.com

    • shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

  • Limited Warranty

    • Bloom Carousel hardware is warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase.

    • Consumables (nutrient kits, CO₂ bags, soil blends) are covered by their respective manufacturers contact us for resolution

    • Our sole obligation is repair, replacement, or refund—at our discretion.

  • Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rooted Intellect, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, website access, or inability to use either.

  • Indemnification
    You agree to hold Rooted Intellect harmless from any claims or losses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.

  • Intellectual Property
    All content on this site—including the Phraistus AI brand, Bloom Carousel design, and other proprietary assets—is protected. No unauthorized reproduction or resale.

  • Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Larimer County or the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
